We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Surgical Trauma ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at Grand Strand Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Responsibilities- Assess, evaluate, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care to achieve positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Manage efficient patient flow, including screening, preparation, and testing.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and self-care.
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
- American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification.
- American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Health Care Provider certification.
