The inpatient Registered Nurse assesses patient health problems and needs, develops and implements nursing care plans, and maintains accurate, detailed medical records.

The RN administers nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients, advising them on health maintenance and disease prevention.

The inpatient RN maintains accurate, detailed reports and records, administering medications to patients while monitoring for reactions and side effects.
