Assembly Technician
Task Force Tips, LLC. is a leading manufacturer of firefighting equipment based in the United States. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visually inspect parts prior to assembly to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Set up and prepare jobs for assembly, including checking part availability and obtaining parts as needed.
- Use assembly tooling designed for the assigned cells, such as presses, drill machines, and testing fixtures.
- Assemble sub-assemblies and finished goods, using specified materials and following work instructions.
- Maintain and clean work areas, including removing trash and cleaning equipment.
- Train and assist new employees as needed.
Requirements:
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift/carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Positive attitude and bias for action.
