EDI Technician

UGN is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented EDI Technician to join our team. As an EDI Technician, you will be responsible for entering all requirements into our Oracle ERP system to produce accurate and timely packing slips for shipments.

You will assemble, file, and forward associated bills and labels. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and reconciling scheduled shipment information, translating incoming shipments, and reconciling ASNs, making necessary corrections to file and generate ASNs from barcoded information.

You will also generate labels for shipments/production as needed, monitor shipment accuracy of all outbound materials, and maintain departmental goal of 100% shipping performance accuracy. Additionally, you will maintain 5S performance level, schedule pickups via customer portals, and use Oracle reports and applicable screens to troubleshoot, research, identify, and resolve and/or escalate EDI issues.

You will communicate customer requirements daily as transmitted or as changes are identified. A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year plus related experience and/or training are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook is also required. Experience with ERP Systems (Oracle) is a plus.
