Cardiac Monitor Specialist

York Hospital is seeking a skilled Cardiac Monitor Specialist to join our Medical Surgical Team. As a Cardiac Monitor Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, guests, and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Continuous observation, interpretation, and documentation of ECG data of monitored patients.
Reporting arrhythmias and significant variances of heart rates and rhythms to the patient's nurse.
Assisting with admitting and discharging patients within the telemetry system.
Monitoring normal and variant cardiac rates and rhythms.
Telemetry system troubleshooting and maintenance.
Assisting nurses with patient movement and EKGs.
Clerical, chart maintenance, supply orders, and other duties as needed.

Requirements:
Minimum (1) or more years of relevant healthcare experience.
Excellent customer service and bedside skills.
