Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Oversee the operations of our business, including managing inventory, processing claims and returns, and maintaining the overall appearance of our store.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of associates, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of our business, including accounting records, files, and transactions, and ensure that our financial reports are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Compliance: Ensure that our business operations are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Requirements
  • 6 months retail experience, including operating front-end equipment and customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Preferred qualifications: leading a front-end team, supervising experience, and hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others
