Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to close sales and exceed performance targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and think creatively.
  • Passionate about building lasting customer relationships and promoting our offerings.
  • Skilled in asking insightful questions to understand customer preferences and needs.
  • Capable of working collaboratively in a team while also managing individual responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service capacity.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Proficient in operating a POS system.
  • Physical capability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., using appropriate safety measures.
  • Full-time associates should have flexible availability to meet business needs.
  • Part-time associates must be available for a minimum of two shifts on weekends and two during the week, with additional availability preferred for those working 20 hours or more weekly.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stay mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Proficient in operating the POS system.
  • Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds, using proper equipment and safety techniques.
