Our store associates are enthusiastic about providing an outstanding shopping experience for our clientele through their willingness to assist, extensive product knowledge, high brand standards, and ability to prioritize effectively.
Maintain company merchandising and presentation standards by adhering to established floor layouts, signage requirements, pricing updates, inventory display, and restocking standards.
Encourage participation in company initiatives (e.g., customer loyalty programs, warranty sales, private label credit card sign-ups, etc.).Follow established policies and procedures regarding safety, loss prevention, and operational protocols.
Safeguard the confidentiality of all company information.
Foster an inclusive store atmosphere where everyone (team members and customers) feels valued, secure, and treated with dignity.
Adopt a collaborative approach to support the team throughout the store.
Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred.
Capability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs. repeatedly (up to 25 times per hour).
Ability to work for extended periods (up to 4 hours) while standing or walking. Capability to work at heights exceeding 4 feet using a ladder, aerial lift, or platform.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks for short durations (up to 2 hours continuously).
