Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to join our team at Matrix Automation. As a CMM Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure the quality and accuracy of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program and operate CMM machines to inspect parts and components
  • Create and modify CMM programs using CAD models and blueprints
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of CMM equipment
  • Analyze and interpret CMM inspection data to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and product quality
Requirements
  • Previous experience programming and operating CMM machines
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
