About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team at Swedish Medical Center. This role involves performing laboratory tests and procedures to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accreditation and licensing agencies
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related field
  • National certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist within 6 months of hire
