Job Overview

Position: Production General Labor

Location: Greater Birmingham Area

Shift Details:

  • Day Shift: $16.00-$18.44 Per hour
  • Night Shift: $16.00-$19.04 Per hour

Employment Type: Temp to Hire positions available

We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to fill production roles in the Birmingham Metro Area. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in production
  • Experience in operating production machinery
  • Overhead crane operation experience is advantageous
  • Capability to lift weights exceeding 50 lbs
  • Proficiency in reading a tape measure
  • Forklift operation experience is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Willingness to work 40+ hours per week as required
  • Steel-toed boots are mandatory
  • Ability to work effectively in a non-climate controlled environment

Additional Information:

Qualified applicants must be at least 19 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and successfully pass background checks and drug screenings.
