Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our team. As a Family Medicine Physician at One Medical, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a diverse range of patient needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits.
- Participate in continuous learning and professional development through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Utilize your clinical expertise to perform in-office procedures and supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting, seeing all ages (0+).
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date.
- State licensed in CA, obtained before your One Medical start date.
- A competitive salary range of $217,000 to $230,000 based on a full-time schedule.
