We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Facilities Director to join our team at the Archdiocese of Denver Management Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our campus, and managing a team of facilities staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our campus, including forecasting for replacements and upgrades of systems and materials.
  • Team Management: Manage and contribute to the work of the facilities team, including identifying, hiring, and managing subcontractors for work not completed by the facilities team.
  • Security and Safety: Assist with security, safety, and law enforcement for major holidays and events, and implement and install security measures in collaboration with the Campus Security Coordinator.
  • Budgeting and Finance: Help plan the annual facilities budget and manage expenses throughout the year.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or the pastor.
Requirements
  • Experience: Extensive experience in facilities management, general knowledge of construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, etc.
  • Skills: Competency in computers and software-controlled systems, ability to lift/move objects of up to 50 pounds in weight, and operate machinery and power tools necessary for typical maintenance procedures.
  • Attitude: Positive and supportive attitude toward the Catholic Church, her teachings, and her work.
Benefits
  • Salary: $70,000-$80,000 per year.
  • Benefits Package: Generous benefit package that includes health, dental, vision, pension plan, employer-paid and voluntary life insurance, employer-paid STD and LTD, paid time off, including sick pay.
