Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance with entry/exit transactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Parking Operations: Act as a traffic controller to direct incoming guests to available parking spaces, perform vehicle counts to ensure the garage does not overfill, and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors who violate garage policies.
- Maintenance and Repair: Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment, perform daily patrols, and report any accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Operations Manager.
- Communication: Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns, and relay information to the Operations Manager.
- Age: At least 18 years old
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to verbally communicate with guests
- Previous Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred
