In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with ensuring the successful execution of intricate technical projects, facilitating collaboration among diverse teams, and aligning our efforts with strategic business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical foundation, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a demonstrated history of delivering large-scale technical solutions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Spearhead cloud architecture and design discussions for CI/CD workflows.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts and CI/CD workflows utilizing various Azure services, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, ACA, APIM, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, databases, secrets, and storage solutions.
  • Optimize and sustain existing CI/CD workflows for Java applications hosted on AWS through Azure DevOps.
  • Provide constructive feedback on proposed system architectures to relevant teams involved in program initiatives.
  • Design and support highly scalable, adaptable, and resilient cloud architectures to meet business needs and accelerate cloud service integration.
  • Define requirements for integrating various cloud capabilities and scenarios, such as service availability, quality, usage correlation, expenses, and cost-effective architecture.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage IaaS/PaaS components in Azure and AWS environments.
  • Configure and oversee cloud security and policy components.
  • Establish cloud consumption benchmarks for multi-tenant/hybrid cloud deployments.
  • Formulate, plan, and execute Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies for cloud environments.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 12 years of experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
  • Proven experience in leading DevOps engineering and software development teams.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting and developing Java applications and Microservices.
  • Proficient in utilizing Azure Services such as ACA/AKS, Azure VMs, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, APIM, Azure Application Gateway, etc.
  • Expertise in Azure DevOps, including GIT, CI/CD build, and release workflows.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
  • Strong knowledge of HTTPS, SAML, OpenID, and OAuth protocols.
  • Skilled in using Java project build tools like Maven, Gradle, and ANT.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, and JSP.
  • Excellent understanding of Relational Database technologies: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and/or PostgreSQL.
  • Proficient in monitoring Azure services and custom applications using Azure monitoring and observability services and similar tools.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-driven with a proven track record as a collaborative team member.
