Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them to build skills and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Assist teachers with lesson planning, implementation, and assessment, ensuring that students receive a high-quality education.
  • Monitor student behavior and provide positive behavioral interventions and support (PBIS) to help students manage their emotions and behaviors.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress and involve them in the educational process.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in special education and behavioral support.
