Job Opportunity: Nurse Manager of Mother-Baby Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse manager to lead our Mother-Baby Unit.

About the Role:
  • Responsible for the overall management and operations of the Mother-Baby Unit, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
  • Manage staff, oversee unit's resources, and develop unit-specific policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of recent acute care leadership experience in a Mother-Baby Unit.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license.
  • Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider card.
  • NRP Certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Nursing or a related field.
  • Experience managing a team of nurses and support staff.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for providing high-quality patient care.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range is $84,849 - $127,274 per year, with relocation assistance and sign-on bonus negotiable. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary, health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
