About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Consultant to join our team at Fitness Connection. As a Fitness Consultant, you will play a key role in changing lives by making a healthier lifestyle more accessible to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with members and guests to provide exceptional customer service and promote our membership sales system.
  • Stay up-to-date on current promotions and sales needs, and effectively communicate these to our members.
  • Assist with club operations, including maintaining accurate records, completing paperwork, and performing opening and closing duties.
  • Participate in sales-related meetings and actively contribute to the success of our team.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including personal training benefits and supplement offerings.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret business communications, including personal training contracts and pricing packages.
  • Physical demands include bending, squatting, jumping, running, reaching, walking, hopping, spinning, and kicking, with the ability to lift 50 pounds.
