Twin City Demo is a leading provider of selective demolition services, dedicated to delivering high-quality results and exceptional customer service.

Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our Demolition Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the safe and efficient performance of selective commercial demolition tasks.

Main Duties:

  • Cleaning up/hauling debris to dumpster
  • Loading dumpster
  • Demoing of walls (all kinds)
  • Removal of flooring (all kinds)
  • Removal of ceiling systems
  • Removal of furniture/equipment
  • Removal of MEP
  • Removal of concrete
  • Use of scissor lift
  • Use of scaffolding
  • Use of demo hammers
  • Use of Sawzall
  • Use of other misc. power tools
  • Use of hand tools
  • Reading blueprints
  • Precisely measuring
  • Working overhead.
  • Working on hands/knees
  • Working outside.
  • Lifting/hauling heavy items

Essential Requirements:

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule
  • MUST have own vehicle and valid drivers license
  • Must have required PPE (steel toe boots)
  • Must have working cell phone
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must have basic hand tools listed
  • Hammer (Straight or Rip Claw at least 22 OZ)
  • Battery Powered drill
  • Screw drivers (flat & Philips)
  • Tin snips
  • Mini bolt cutters
  • Pry bar
  • Tool belt
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
  • Must be able to be on feet for 8 hours
