Cardiac Perfusion Specialist

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Perfusionist to join our team. As a Cardiac Perfusionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective management of cardio-respiratory function during cardiac surgery procedures.
Responsibilities:- Independently manage perfusion and ensure the optimal management of cardio-respiratory function during cardiac surgery procedures.
- Conduct CO2 regulation, O2 content, blood flow, blood pressure management, anti-coagulation management, patient temperature, and acid-base and fluid management.
- Use a comprehensive understanding of anatomy, physiology, physics, mechanics, and pharmacology to make informed decisions.
- Assess, plan, and evaluate the clinical perfusion program to ensure proper coordination of care.
- Review each patient's medical record to identify their current health status, cardiac and respiratory functions, comorbidities, and develop an individualized plan of care to ensure each patient's needs are met.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in perfusion from a program in the United States or Canada accredited by the CAAHEP or RQualTM Canada.
- Full and unrestricted license to the services covered by this contract issued in any State Territory, or Commonwealth of the Unites States or the District of Columbia.
- Graduate of an accredited Allied health Education Program School of Perfusion Technology and certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion.
- Active certification as a Perfusionist, as well as documentation verifying the current certification.
- Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
