Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple upcoming projects. The responsibilities will include managing the following:

  • Upfit project for a local educational institution
  • Renovation of a prominent hotel
  • New construction of an automotive service facility

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of progressive experience in construction management, specifically transitioning from Foreman to Superintendent roles. Candidates should have successfully managed 2-3 projects from inception to completion with each employer. Relevant subcontractor experience should include areas such as Drywall, Concrete, Cabinetry, and Flooring.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience at the Foreman to Superintendent level
  • Subcontractor expertise in Drywall, Concrete, Cabinetry, or Flooring
  • Comprehensive project management experience from start to finish

Desired Attributes:

  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
  • Proactive and motivated work ethic

Employment Type:

This position is classified as Contract-to-Hire with a projected duration of 12 months.

Work Environment:

This role requires full-time on-site presence. The successful candidate will work independently while receiving mentorship and resources from the General Superintendent, who is transitioning into retirement.
