About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Systems Technician to join our team at Cascade Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our logistics systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate fault reports and initiate corrective measures to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
  • Maintain, service, and repair technical equipment, including conveyor systems, belt conveyors, and lifting platforms.
  • Implement changes and upgrades to depot and on-premises systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage the spare parts pool and ensure timely replacement of parts to minimize system downtime.
Requirements
  • Completed training in a technical profession, such as electrician, mechanic, mechatronics technician, or industrial mechanic.
  • Experience with automatic conveyor systems and belt conveyors is highly desirable.
  • Solid knowledge of technical indicators, including conveyor downtime and sorting failures.
