Penn Highlands Healthcare is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team in the Operating Room. As a key member of our perioperative team, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment. This includes sorting, assembling, and handing surgical instruments and supplies, as well as providing patient care and support during surgical procedures.

Responsibilities:
Sort, assemble, and hand surgical instruments and supplies
Provide patient care and support during surgical procedures
Maintain a safe and efficient operating room environment
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care

Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved Surgical Technology program
Previous perioperative experience preferred
Surgical Technologist Certification (NBSTSA or NCCT) required within 12 months of start date
Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification within 6 months of start in department/position
