We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our National Marketing department at MDC Holdings, Inc./Richmond American Homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Meta and Campaign Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions
  • Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance audits to ensure campaign accuracy and effectiveness
  • Attend regular team meetings to stay informed on performance trends and goal pacing
Requirements
  • 2-4 year college degree in Marketing or related field
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in digital marketing
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and experience working in CMS
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated with ability to multi-task
  • Friendly, customer service-based demeanor and strong follow-up communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of real estate or homebuilder marketing
  • Experience with Wrike or other project management systems
  • Experience creating campaigns in various ad platforms
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $55,000-$60,000
  • FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
  • Bonus Type: Year-end Discretionary
