Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and research skills, as well as the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant information for cases
  • Draft accurate and timely legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and subpoenas
  • Assist with case management and maintain organized case files, while also building and filing necessary documents
  • Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal proceedings
  • Organize and review documents for discovery and trial preparation

Requirements:
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a legal support role
  • Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documents
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in legal research databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to fill out and submit court-mandated forms
  • Effective communication skills to interact with clients and court clerks
