Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and achieve organizational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing nursing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure staff are equipped to meet the needs of our patients and residents.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field required; Doctoral degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in nursing leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving business excellence and improving patient outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, laws, and standards, including state and federal requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, families, and external stakeholders.
