We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing operations at the Lebanon Center in Lebanon, NH. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business excellence, staff excellence, clinical excellence, and patient/customer experience excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing nursing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure staff are equipped to meet the needs of our patients and residents.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field required; Doctoral degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in nursing leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving business excellence and improving patient outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, laws, and standards, including state and federal requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, families, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
