Home Health Admission Registered Nurse Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Home Health Admission professional in Immaculata, Pennsylvania.

Full-time

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in Home Health Visits throughout Chester County. This role will involve seeing patients per week to initiate their Home Health Care services. Prior home health care experience is preferred but not required.
The working hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5pm.

Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience is required.
Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma, is necessary.
Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
