Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at KIK Consumer Products. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical and mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance on facility and plant equipment.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair low and high voltage industrial electrical and control systems.
  • Maintain wiring to NEC standards and ensure compliance with all electrical installations.
  • Perform electrical emergency and scheduled maintenance tasks across the plant.
  • Ensure assigned projects are completed timely, correctly, safely, and to the highest quality standard.
  • Maintain a clean working environment upon completion of assigned projects.
  • Comply with plant safety, quality, GMPs, current standard practices, and all other plant rules and policies.
Requirements
  • Industrial Electrician experience (minimum 3 years)
  • PLC programming and diagnostic experience (minimum 3 years)
  • A minimum of a high school education or its equivalent
  • Excellent attendance record (less than 5 points)
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to perform in a manufacturing environment- ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Time management and organization; ability to multi-task and react to changing priorities
