Role Summary:

The Bakery Associate is responsible for preparing a variety of products, including special requests, that consistently meet or surpass quality expectations. This role involves baking, packaging, pricing, and restocking items within the bakery section. A comprehensive understanding of the products, ingredients, and services offered in the bakery is essential.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Availability to work at least two weekdays and one weekend day;
- Previous experience in grocery or retail preferred;
- Strong communication abilities;
- Highly motivated and proactive individual;
- Team-oriented with the capacity to work independently when necessary;
- Ability to multitask while maintaining focus and efficiency;
- Physical capability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods;
- Reliable commuting options or plans to relocate prior to starting employment.
