Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Bakery team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and merchandising efforts of our Bakery department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the Bakery department
  • Support the sales and merchandising efforts of the Bakery department, including restocking shelves and rotating product
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge in all areas of the Bakery department
Requirements
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a retail or food service environment
  • Knowledge of bakery products and ingredients
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
