Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier at Lowe's. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and adhering to company safety standards.
  • Assist customers with product information, returns, and exchanges in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and navigate a fast-paced store environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
