RN Med Surg Tele FT Rotating Position

Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett is a 196-bed hospital dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to the community. As a comprehensive medical center, we have the expertise to deliver quality care in a variety of specialties, including Emergency Services, Inpatient & Outpatient Surgical Services, Med/Surge, Ortho, Critical Care, and Women's Services.
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Full Time Rotating position. The successful candidate will provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct clinical patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information
* Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
* Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
* Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse
* CPR certification
Preferred qualifications include an academic degree in nursing (Bachelor or Master degree).
