We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg Tele team at Saint Francis Hospital - Bartlett. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to assigned patients
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor or Master degree)
- CPR certification
