Whether in-venue, online, or through pop-up operations, Legends sets the benchmark for unique shopping experiences. We take pride in curating a customized inventory portfolio for each property, acting as a true extension of our clients' brands.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking individuals to support our on-site retail sales operations as Merchandise Sales Associates for officially licensed merchandise. Candidates should possess retail or customer service experience, with additional training provided before the event. We value applicants who demonstrate initiative and a positive demeanor, as they will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for team members and guests.
  • Proactively greet and assist all customers entering the retail space.
  • Adhere to Legends' standards and policies.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, while following cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and fully stocked sales area.
  • Assist with inventory stocking and management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
  • Friendly, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about engaging with guests in a dynamic event environment.
  • Commitment to exceeding guest expectations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the venue for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and transport items weighing up to 30 lbs regularly.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively during setup and task completion.
  • Effective communication skills with supervisors and guests.
  • Ability to foster and maintain strong working relationships with team members.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Adherence to safety policies and procedures, including participation in safety training.
COMPENSATION

Temporary Associate - $17 per hour

WORKING CONDITIONS

The physical demands of this position require the employee to sit, talk, hear, and use hands for handling controls. Regular standing, walking, and stooping are necessary. Vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
