The Cardiac Transplant Financial Analyst collaborates closely with management at all levels to produce both regular and ad-hoc financial reports.
This role involves analyzing financial data and providing insights based on findings. You will play an integral part in budgeting, forecasting, and developing financial projections. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between management and various financial service departments.Handle a diverse range of project components independently, troubleshoot issues, and propose corrective measures.
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of assigned responsibilities while maintaining a general understanding of departmental functions and their connection to the broader organization.
Primary Duties Include:
Generating and producing financial reports on a scheduled and as-needed basis.
Interpreting data, identifying trends, and offering recommendations based on analysis.
Compiling and summarizing data into presentations and potentially presenting findings to management.
Engaging with supervisors regarding issues and deliverables.
Collaborating with finance team members and management to review financial information and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures in all assigned projects.
Conduct financial data analysis and work with Finance and departmental teams to understand key revenue, expense, and profitability drivers.
Manage a variety of project components autonomously, effectively troubleshoot problems, and recommend or implement solutions.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is required.
At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis or auditing is necessary, with a preference for healthcare experience.
Experience in transplant financial analysis or auditing is highly desirable.
