**Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Prisma Health. As a healthcare clinical leader, you will provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assess patients' needs and develop individual plans of care based on their age and assessed needs.
  • Collaborate with the patient, family, physician, and other members of the interdisciplinary health care team to update the plan as needed.
  • Identify realistic and measurable goals and outcomes to be attained prior to discharge.
  • Provide direct care to assigned patients consistent with the established nursing plan.
  • Delegate nursing tasks as appropriate to members of the healthcare team.

**Requirements:**

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
  • Two years experience as a registered nurse.
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.

**What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.

This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive. The work shift is night (United States of America), and the location is Richland. This position is located at 1510 Richland Hospital, Department of Richland Central Staffing Office.
