Job Summary

AES Drilling Fluids LLC is seeking a skilled Drilling Fluids Production Specialist to join our team in Midland, TX.

Job Responsibilities
  • Blend drilling fluids products to meet specified properties and weights.
  • Perform quality control checks on product accuracy before dispatching loads.
  • Ensure storage tanks are properly rolled to prevent settling.
  • Assist with equipment maintenance and tank inspections as needed.
  • Drive company vehicles to deliver products to customers.
  • Support warehouse operations duties as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent + 2 years of oilfield experience preferred.
  • Forklift operator certification or ability to obtain same is required.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to assist with office duties as needed.
  • Pass pre-employment background check, physical fitness test, and drug screen.
Working Conditions
  • Work in a warehouse and plant open-air environment with regular exposure to drilling fluids products.
  • Willingness to work additional hours during the week and/or weekend.

AES Drilling Fluids LLC offers a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual pay range of $74,000-$77,500 ($22.50/hour starting pay plus overtime, bonuses, and benefits).
