We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our team as a Providence RN Fellow. This exciting opportunity will provide you with a guided transition into your new specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.
About the RoleAs a Providence RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will be empowered to deliver world-class care with human connection. Our team is committed to providing exceptional patient care, and we are looking for a like-minded individual to join us.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in a structured curriculum and hands-on learning experiences
- Develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and guided environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 6 months of hire
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 6 months of hire
- 1 year - Nursing experience (new to specialty)
