Providence is seeking highly motivated and dedicated RNs to join our Medical Surgical - Cardiac Telemetry - Clinical Decision Unit - Float Pool Fellowship program at Providence Medford Medical Center. As an RN Fellow, you will embark on a guided transition into your new specialty, leveraging structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning to excel in your role.

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
