Non-invasive Cardiologist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Non-invasive Cardiologist to join our team at Memorial Hospital Shiloh. As a key member of our cardiology department, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our team of 8 cardiologists.
Responsibilities:
- Provide inpatient cardiac care in a hospital setting, managing a typical patient load of 17 per day, including 10 consults, 2 ICU patients, and 3 procedures.
- Conduct patient rounds, perform diagnostic and treatment procedures such as treadmill stress tests, ECHOs, EKGs, and participate in a 1:6 call rotation from Friday-Monday, 5 PM-7 AM.
- Utilize EPIC as the electronic medical record system for documenting patient care and commit to 100% inpatient care, primarily focused on adult patients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Active IL license required
- ACLS, BLS, and Board Certification in Internal Medicine
- COVID vaccination and booster required
