Requirements

  • Completion of state-approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Training Program
  • 1-2 years of LPN experience preferred
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
