Position Overview
The Enterprise Resilience Team is seeking a Vice President to spearhead the development and implementation of our enterprise resilience strategy. This role is crucial for ensuring that the organization can effectively avert, respond to, and recover from significant disruptions.

Key Responsibilities
As the Vice President, you will:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Define and execute the strategic direction for Enterprise Resilience, which includes Crisis Management, Service Resilience, Business Continuity, Technical Recovery, and Governance.
  • Functional Oversight: Oversee the Operational, Business, and Technology Resilience functions, ensuring robust policies and frameworks are in place to manage risks.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to global resilience regulations and maintain a comprehensive governance framework for resilience activities.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate resilience-related risks that could impact operations and services.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies, to effectively communicate resilience strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing enhancement and resilience awareness throughout the organization.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise resilience or risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven experience in managing global teams and complex resilience programs.
  • International certifications in resilience practices (e.g., BCI, DRI).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
