Job Overview

TERI Inc is on a mission to transform the lives of individuals with special needs through empowerment and support. We are currently seeking a committed Residential Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a rewarding full-time position within a nurturing and collaborative environment.

Position Summary:

The Residential Registered Nurse will deliver comprehensive health assessments and medical case management for adults with autism and developmental disabilities residing in our licensed residential group homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and engaging with residents.
  • Documenting patient medical histories and current health conditions.
  • Developing, executing, and reviewing individualized care plans in collaboration with the medical team.
  • Providing oversight and support for case management.
  • Participating in coordinated service planning meetings.
  • Upholding the highest standards of patient care.

Compensation: $39.00 – $40.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with a monthly on-call weekend requirement.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California RN License.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Prior experience in providing in-home care, either individually or in groups.
  • Capability to assist with lifting and transferring individuals as necessary.
  • Possession of a California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo a drug screening.
