Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will provide care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, taking and recording vital signs, and assisting with height and weight measurements. You will also provide care according to the patient's plan of care, assistance with daily tasks, including feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping.

Requirements
  • Current Certification: You must have a current, valid state certification and be in good standing.
  • Nursing Assistant Program: You must have successfully completed a nursing assistant program.
  • CPR Certification: You must have certified CPR and a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
  • Experience: You must have a minimum of one year of documented healthcare experience, unless participating in an approved Mentor Program.
  • Licensed Driver: You must be a licensed driver with an insured and reliable automobile.
