About the Role:

The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of construction projects, working closely with the project team to identify and address any quality-related issues. This role requires strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality control inspections and tests to ensure compliance with project specifications and codes.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies.
  • Collaborate with trade partners to ensure quality control procedures are followed.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and tests.
  • Initiate deficiency reports and track resolution.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture, or construction management.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience on large commercial construction projects.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software.
