Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Scribe Specialist to join our team at LaSante Health Center in Brooklyn, New York.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a medical scribe and possess excellent administrative writing skills, fast and accurate typing abilities, and strong attention to detail.

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthcare and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

About the Role

As a Medical Scribe Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately documenting patient information and physician-patient encounters. This includes entering medical information into patient records, documenting medical history, medications, and treatments, and assisting with electronic prescription processes.

  • Enter medical information into patient records
  • Document medical history, medications, and treatments
  • Assist with electronic prescription process
  • Triage patients and record vital signs
  • Prepare patients for physician exams

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also assist with managing inventory, maintaining room setups, and performing other tasks as directed by your supervisor.
