About the Role

The Retail Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering world-class client experiences and supporting the successful delivery of sales opportunities. As a Retail Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences
  • Supporting the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences
  • Cultivating a seamless retail environment by curating our merchandise assortment
  • Selling clothes and earning client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise
  • Delivering world-class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments
  • Building deep and personalized connections with our clients, enhancing their loyalty and affinity to Aritzia
  • Welcome clients, match clients with their product, and direct to the right Service Counter
  • Prepare the product to be processed, efficiently and accurately process transactions, and package product for an Everyday Luxury opening experience
  • Support operations at the Service Counter and enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences
