The Regional Installation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all installation operations within the designated area, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within financial parameters while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor a team comprising Installation Managers, Service Technicians, Coordinators, and delivery personnel.
2. Ensure that the Installation Technician team operates at peak productivity to achieve daily objectives and project milestones.
3. Implement and oversee processes aimed at enhancing delivery quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction while managing costs.
4. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to facilitate project execution.
5. Contribute to monthly forecasting as necessary.
6. Monitor project profitability by analyzing job costs and revenue alignment.
7. Promote the adoption of installation technologies to meet critical performance metrics.
8. Assist with periodic inventory assessments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a large-scale operational environment.
- Extensive experience in managing large projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff and management.
- Proven track record in process improvement and operational excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to identify and implement innovative solutions.
