Key Responsibilities

The Title Settlement Specialist will manage the file processing to ensure clear title and facilitate closings for clients, real estate agents, lenders, underwriters, and other stakeholders involved in the transaction.

The individual will act as the main point of contact for all parties, ensuring outstanding customer service. Required skills and responsibilities include:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Notary certification preferred
  • Florida title license is advantageous
  • Initiate files, gather information, and input data into Qualia software
  • Review title documents and meet title requirements
  • Prepare Closing Disclosure statements, HUDs, title affidavits, and other necessary documents for closing
  • Execute all clerical and administrative tasks essential for effective job performance
  • Conduct general office functions as required
  • Demonstrate strong software and technological proficiency
  • Adapt to changing priorities effectively
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability
  • Possess excellent problem-solving and prioritization abilities
  • Demonstrate solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently while being a team player
