We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Direct Care Specialist to join our team at Rite of Passage. As a key member of our staff, you will provide a safe and supportive environment for our youth, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide around-the-clock supervision and care for our youth, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with our youth, fostering a sense of trust and security.
- Monitor and document student behaviors and activities, participating in educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities as needed.
- Collaborate with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each student's treatment plan.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
- Desire to work with troubled teens and a commitment to providing a supportive and therapeutic environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
